Travelling to China and the Philippines
i only have experience with Shanghai.
got to Hangzhou and Suzhou. very scenic, and alot of history there.
for shanghai, there's the Bund, Xintaindi, and some markets, but mostly shopping, eating, and bars. Great seafood buffet at the Shangri-la.
Also, check out the Shanghai GP course. it was closed when i went, but you're allowed to drive on it. there's a race track nearby too that will rent you a VW polo. you can beat the crap out of that thing. 1st turn i spun and scraped it on the wall

when in the philippines dont bust out cash for ppl to see... theyll crowd around you and ask for money they wont leave you alone until you do... but dont give them any. this dosent refer to all of philippines but just take caution.
