OK, the use of treadmills is ingenious but otherwise I just don't get it.

Of course it does make for some interesting conjecture as to how it came about, why are they wearning those clothes, how it was choreagraphed and makes you wonder where they practiced. 24 Hour Fitness?

It supposedly was choreograhed by one of the band member's sister and filmed in just one or two takes.

I can just see them practicing on the treadmills sitting just inside the front window of 24 Hour Fitness to the entertainment of all the people passing by.
