Been trying to get a hold of this guy...call a bunch of times...they don't even have an answering machine. Sent e-mail...since Saturday...no replies so far...and on their website they indicated that they check their e-mails every 5 minutes...

5 minutes my @ss. Order some stuff from Trevor, selected the wrong color on the website...e-mail him and he said that he will change the color to the correct one before shipping the stuff out. Got the stuff and it's still the wrong color!!!

Does anyone know if Trevor is working???

 

Were you at work on Easter Sunday, or the day before? I know I wasn't, I think it's only fair that Trevor get a weekend off now and then. Not sure about the lack of an answering machine, though.

 

Been calling HandA-Accessories all morning....no freakin answer. I understand that he didn't work on the weekends, but by this time today...he should have gotten my e-mail and replied back. I get to work and I have about 100+ e-mails to go thru. It doesn't take half the day to see which ones need attention.

I'm just disappointed that I spent $$$ there and now I can't even get the problem fixed after he specified that he was fixing the problem before shipping the product.
