For any boxing fans here, Trinidad got a good lesson in boxing. Once Hopkins took away Trindad's left hook, Tito became lunch meat. I'm surprised he made to the 12th round. Overall a big upset! Here's the link

That was a great fight, I've always hated Tito. I can't believe Oscar was shafted when they fought. And No, Sugar Shane didn't fight over the weekend.

I think Hopkins is too big and strong for De la Hoya. I look for Hopkins vs. Mosley and a Trinidad - De la Hoya rematch. I agree that Oscar got shafted against Trinidad, but he shouldn't have played peek-a-boo at the end. It'll be good to finally see him in the ring again (What's it been, nine months?) against that Russian guy.

I wouldn't consider it much of an upset. . . Trinidad is a true 142/147 lb fighter. . . Going up in weight class (especially quickly) will typically yield results like we saw on Saturday (sorry, Sunday morning). . .

Bottomline, Hopkins (besides being somewhat "dirty") is an excellent boxer/fighter & he is also a TRUE 157 lb fighter (and he's probably even better at 160-something). . . Though, I still think Roy Jones (at 175) has more than he can handle. . .

Trinidad's future is at 147, where he can beat up on fighters like Vargas and Joppy, period.

Trinidad has always had trouble making weight in the 140's. Hopkins is too big for Mosely, there's like 12 lbs. difference between them and I don't see Shane going up that far. I hope Tito has released his visions of fighting Roy Jones, that would be one heck of an a_ _ whoopin'. I agree that Oscar should not have evaded Tito for the last few rounds but he still won the fight. Since Oscar has been trained by Floyd Mayweather Sr., he has looked unstoppable. I don't think a re-match with Trinidad would be much of a fight, a re-match with Sugar Shane would be a different story.
