Sorry, I thought I heard it was a lease, but regardless, Ferrari gets ticked at you (ie. you get on their blacklist) if you sell the car before the alloted time is up.

Honestly, it shouldn't matter.

If you have $1,000,000....I'd tell Ferrari that I'd buy a McLaren F1.

No restrictions there. (I don't think).

That is a very good idea. I wish something like this could be done for the S2000 so that there wouldn't be so many accidents. I think it is way too easy to buy an powerful car in America. All you need is the money. I think everybody in America should have and IQ test/SAT, driver training, and harder driver's license tests. How high the IQ/SAT is would determine how powerful your car could be. Driver training should be necessary because lets face it, your parents don't teach you everything you need to know about driving. It is way too easy to get a driver's license here. And for the last of my b1tchin', I think for the really great sports cars, there should be a personality test. It would weed out the people who drive cars for image and the guys who have "something to prove" (ex. the Viper guys) j/k

These precautions would stop those horror stories of cars, like that one european guy from BMW who bought a McLaren and smashed it going around the block.

Phi sorry the post is so long.

That kinda makes sense about the knowledge part at least...but a lot of today's best F1 and CART drivers can't even speak a word of English (barely), like the ones from Spain and Italy.
