I don't recall having any problems with it last year. This year they decided to have the update patch For some reasons, I am having a problem filling out my W-2 info with the software. I got to the point where it asks to fill in boxes 12a to 12d. The problem is, there is no boxes for these. Although the instruction states to click on one of the boxes below There must be a glitch in the software or something. I manually downloaded the update and installed it. No problem with that but when I clicked on the turbotax icon to start my taxes and a pop-up window appeared asking for me to choose 'update' or 'skip it', I clicked on update and everything disappeared, again WTF is going on? I'm so pissed. CAn anyone help? I already sent an email to tech support.
