Um, a Ferrari F430 is affordable at least by an ordinary person?

What, you don't have an extra couple hundred grand lying around to waste on extravagant transportation?

Wonder how it did make the list...

They capped the MSRP at $200,000.

Apparently there are different interpretations of the meaning of affordable.

Hey, if you can afford a house, you can afford a Ferrari.

But you'll also have to live in the Ferrari.

Sweet!

I never knew this:

What You Probably Didn't Know: Peak piston speed of the 1999 - 2003 S2000 at its 8900-rpm redline: 4906 feet/minute. Piston speed of a Ferrari F1-2000 (the championship-winning, 2000-season F1 car) at 18,000 rpm: 4890 feet/minute.

Some Comments:
"I agree with everything on the list except for the S2000, which I have driven, and I hate with every word synonymous with passion in the thesaurus, and the Evo, which I haven't driven, because everyone I've ever known to have one has been a complete w****r, so much so that I'm convinced they give you a shot of some w****r inducing virus upon delivery. "

"The S2000 is an awesome car. However, although it was sold this decade I'd say it's more symbolic of the 90s. And either way, whether it belongs in the 10-best list is debatable, but I do like the car a lot."

"Ill fight for the EVO The M, eh, ill agree to disagree, it would probably take driving one, because it is a miata or S2000 on steroids, literally. Still light as beans, tons of power, and much more stuctural rigidity, but game changing probably not, althought that wasnt a requirement for their list either. "

How many S2000 can you buy for $200,000?
