Doesn't Texas have a right-to-carry law or whatever it's called? Maybe it's time for stricter gun laws.

 

No it is not. This has nothing to do with gun control, the guy was at home he was not out carrying a gun. Crazy freak for shooting the dog and guy, but unless you want to ban guns outright stricter laws would not have prevented this. What we need are looser gun laws and the death penalty for people who abuse them.
