I thought this was a fake pic too initially, but then I saw it in the LA Times yesterday. His nose looks like it's about to rot off.

The paper today said that he had some kind of surgical tape on his nose. So, it would appear that he's in the midst of yet another nose job.

He is undergoing his 7th nose job according to fox news this morning, even his old plastic surgeon is disclaiming any resposnsibility for his current "condition" No wonder he wears a mask all the time!
