Definitely a confiscation...... Im gonna cry when I see the story of the cop who wrecks it, trying to catch someone doin 4 over the limit, because he cant handle the GTR.

 

entrapment comes to mind, especially if the cop that is driving this thing instigates the race...

 

Well I don't know the details of this car specifically, usually private modded police cars follow this formula:

The PD puts down whatever they would put down for a new squad car; the owner pays the rest. However those lights just make the cop a douchebag. GTR cop car is a badass thought though.

 

If I saw a GTR with flashing police lights in my mirror I would brush it off as a douchebag owner trying to be cool and keep going.

 

So this was in the states? I thought gov. entities bought domestics :/
