Default Unhappy Sign for Speeding Drivers (article) :(

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/2838061.stm

A Scottish council is resorting to psychological tactics to win the war against speeding drivers.

Electronic roadside signs in Perth and Kinross smile at drivers who approach them within the speed limit, and grimace at those who fail to slow down.

...

Neat... click the article to see the pics of the signs

This is not about punishing people, we want to change the culture
If you really want to change the culture, why not change the speed limits to something appropriate for the road? I realize the UK is different than the states, but most of our speed limits are too low for today's vehicles.
