Default Valentine's Day plans/ideas ?

OK, there's a very cool girl I'm getting to know who I really like and we've gone out a few times and we're getting to know each other. I'm totally confused as to what to do with her on Valentine's day to make it special. I don't want to go overboard because we're not serious or in love, but at the same time I want to impress her! Any ideas for me? It doesn't need to be city specific, just ideas for general places and things to do / get her!

go and do something that you know she will like...There's always the same stuff dinner movies...Or just take her on a drive maybe to the beach, depending on were you live.

Perhaps a dinner theater.

Getting reservations this late might be tough.

Flowers, lobster dinner at the best seafood restaurant -- good champagne, then take her back to your place and jump on her.

Do they still have dinner theaters? I haven't seen one of those in about thirty years. I suppose, however, that the aging population represents a viable market for such entertainment; likewise, the aging entertainment industry (Don Knotts, etal) offer the talent pool needed for dinner theater.

It might be corny, but I think some good candy (See's or Godiva) and flowers are the best! Can you cook? Invite her over for dinner with the above goodies and some candles. Restaurant meals on big holidays kind of turn me off because it's such a zoo.
Don't listen to The Raptor. His mind has been warped by the Geo Metro.
