how the heck did that car tip over?

 

There's gotta be something we cant see on the side of the road there.

 

It does it as soon as it hits that little pole and goes up on the grass a little. But i wouldnt think it would make it fly into the air like that?

 

It's the incline of the hill on the side. Watch carefully, as it hits the pole you'll see the passenger side go up on the grass and slant. The speed is unknown but safe to guess it was pretty high. At that speed the momentum from hitting the hill will flip the car.
