It's sad that I've never really had a good time in Vegas. Partly because in my younger days I went with the family, so couldn't do anything too exciting. When I went with my friends they are all broke because they party every weekend... I always hear from people, how much fun they have in Vegas.

So I gotta ask...If you were to spend one night in Vegas, what would you do?

one night is not nearly enough

 

With only one night I would just walk the strip and visit all the hotels/casinos. The sights will more than keep you occupied for one night.

The shows are prohibitively expensive and the cheap food buffets have gone the way of the DoDo bird.

 

It all depends what you consider having a good time. Some like to gamble, others like to walk the strip. I've been there so many times plus I lived out there for a while, so for me i would hit up the strip club in the afternoon since its free before six, drink up a little then head back to the room to recuperate (i'd prefer to gamble a little but you said no gambling). Then get ready to hit up a club or bar. All the sight seeing going from one casino to another has already been done when I went there w/the folks and not yet 21.

Any of the high-end restaurants for me. So many in such a small area.
