Pass the wasabi, please. I'd love to go deep sea fishing one of these days.

i give alot of it away, only about 55% of the total weight of the fish can be consumed. i still have about 400lbs of meat vacum sealed in a big freezer, good for a year.
bo vein, it all depends on the fish and the gear, some fish charge the boat and its a 5-10min fight, others are stubborn, ive been on the same tuna for almost 3 hours because i was on light tackle, it went 166lbs and fought alot harder then my first cow (over 200lbs) which was decked in less than 30 mins. it all depends on the fish, some 155 fish can fight harder than 250's. when the get in their circles is when weight becomes the factor, then its a matter of lifting the fish and when they are on their side its really hard to move something that hard through the water. I would reccomend everyone the thrill of landing a giant tuna sometime in their life.

haha he probably looks like that cause the fish was so heavy he had to use more of his back muscles than his arm, something like that. big fish though, the TUNA are crazy. dont they sell for like 1000 a tuna in the japan fish market? i forget, i was watching it on the discovery channel awhile back, nice catches though. i'd love to have a pond stocked with bass in my backyard, lucky!
