How is this any different from some ghetto male who plays a few seasons of some team sport and suddenly they are Warren Buffets? Look at that fat slob from USC now pitching for a weight loss clinic. Tyson went from 50,000 square foot house to a BK court.

That's a big problem with all these makeover houses. You give people a house they could never afford on their own and expect them to be able to maintain it and pay the taxes.

The one they did in Pennsauken, NJ was in the paper recently because the owner can't afford the property taxes. I can't see them getting a lot for the house, because it's way out of scale for the neighborhood. People who could afford a house like that won't even be looking in that area.
