what watch do you wear?
for me its a Fossil Blue, from 5 years ago but I wear it every day and love it.

AND what do you quys/girls recommend for around $400. I like the Techonomarine TMY with Black face and case but not sure its the one I really want (I like how its balck on black)?

I have a thing for automatic (self-winding) watches, Swiss typically. it's just so cool to me that a watch keeps running because you keep moving.

I have a Breitling Navitimer, Omega Day Date ( automatic ), and a Seiko Olympic.

Automatic is great, unless you don't wear it everyday, and don't have a watch winder.. then its kind of a pain in the ass.

If you do a search you will find a couple threads, which had tonnes of pics and banter

Those are excellent watches....I work in a Jewelry/Watch store

I myself own a Rado and a Tagheuer, ultimately I would like to own Patek Philippe or a Jaegar LeCoultre, both of which are better than Rolexes IMHO

I have two different Pulsars from the 70's (LED type, very retro) and a Citizen Aqualand. I also have a G-Shock I bought in 1988 or thereabouts, and the sucker is still running on the battery it came with!

I tend to like my watches bulky and large - and I beat the crap out of them.

I am very partial to Omegas and Jaegers. They are both nice, and well respected in the watch world. Rolexes are nice, but everyone knows them. It takes someone who knows a bit about watches to know about Jaegers. You should look online. there are a lot of places that sell good stuff for around the price you are looking for.

www.worldofwatches.com thats one.

I love watches. I own 10 and my collection grows about every 6-9 months. The 11th is on it's way. (Invicta Titanium Lupah) I own all brands and price ranges. Seiko, Movado, Omega, etc. I am one that thinks you can tell a man by his watch. Also if you like to dress clean and smell good, a watch and jewelry always let's people you are on top of your game. That said a watch is like shoes; you got the sport, the on the go, the business, the casual, and the formal. So matching to clothes, events, etc is cool in my book. If you take care of all your things, you got to take care of yourself; it reflects to others. You can still do this and be a man's man.

That said you don't need to spent alot. Under $400, there are tons of great watches. Here are some of my picks.

Kenneth Cole, Invicta, your choice: Techno great watch, ESQ, Movado, Tissot, and Seiko all have excellent watches...
