It cannot tell difference between meth and sugar? I bet the test is okay, just the dumb beeOch with 11 years experience did not know how to perform this test. The should have tested her fingers, she was the meth head who contaminated the samples.
The moral of this story is not how stupid SOME cops can be, as that is a given, but never let them voluntarily search your person, your car, your house, your locker, your whatever.
It seems they had probably cause as she saw the flakes but the accused stated:
"Rushing agreed to a vehicle search. "I didn't have anything to hide," he said. "I'll never let anyone search my car again."
Never "agree" to waive your rights.
