Weight gain?
5'11 and 130? Wow, now that is lean.
During my University years, I weighed in at 215lbs with almost 30% body fat. To boot, I'm only 5'7. Today, I weigh 140lbs, with a body fat of 8%.
I know it's not what the thread called for, but I like to boast every now and again.

30 years old, 6'2" and until abut 4 months ago I had never been over 145 pounds. I finally made it to 151! Blow some discs out in your back, sit on your ass and do nothing for a while, the weight will come
I eat a lot, everyday and my metabolism is so high that even doing nothing, my body burns it off.

I'd stop surfing the net and s2ki and start a comprehensive workout routine immediately. and don't do the typical procrastination crap of having to plan the perfect workout schedule-- just get the f*ck out there and start running. plan your day while you're running the track. then get home and do push-ups and sit-ups, and lots of them.
the more you bust your ass now, the less you will suffer later.
try to eat about 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight. (example if your weight is 130lbs, eat 195g of protein per day along w/ hitting the gym). You have to eat a lot and supplement your diet.
