I would have to say The Rolling Stones when I saw them in 1972 at the Akron Rubber Bowl.

The best I have ever seen was The Guess Who in october 2001, Joe Cocker opened for them. It was a great experience.

Grateful Dead, Chicago 199? Jerry's second-to-last show. I cried during "Brown Eyed Women" but that could have been due to all the pot smoke and patchouli stink in the air.

#2 would be Robert Cray/Stevie Ray Vaughn/Eric Clapton at Alpine Valley on the night SRV's chopper went down.

During my college years at UW- Eau Claire, I must have seen Soul Asylum at least 10 times. Always a good show.

Nine Inch Nails, 1990, in a tiny little club in Virginia Beach, VA. Meat Beat Manifesto opened up, and after they left the stage, they had to ask 200 people to leave the club! Seems the club, rated for 350 people, had 550 packed in to see Nine Inch Nails! It was July, hot as hell, and we were 100% drenched with sweat by the time Trent Reznor left the stage. I saw NIN again 4 years later in a coliseum... it just wasn't the same!

Jimmi Hendrex and Janis Joplin at the Seattle Rainiers Six Seattle stadium. On Rainier avenue. Summer of 1969. Don't rember the month. I was on leave from the Army and I think I was the only one there with short hair, I mean real short hair. The weather was real hot and the music was real cool............
