Eat some of whatever it is that you are craving. Should then go away... for a while anyway.

Now, if you are craving something bizzare, then maybe you should seek medical attention. That can be a serious issue.

in my non-scientific opinion i think when your body is telling you something you should listen to it. human survival has probably depended partially on this mechanism for a loooooooong time so it's probably been refined into a pretty good indicator.

unless of course you're pretty big and your brain is just telling you to eat, eat, eat anything. then might have to try some of the other suggestions!
