Ok... so I am braggin a little....... I;

a) got up early (7:00) and surfed alittle
b) got breakfast for my boys (ben and collin)
c) took kids to grocery store
d) went to amusement park (4 year old rode decent sized roller coaster then they both tied for the LIMBO contest ---they were also amonst the smallest entered, but....)

I LOVE BEING UNEMPLOYED!!!!! Wish i thunk of this a few years ago!

B) dropped of my son at the sitters (of course in the family truck)
C) working( hardly working that is)
Gee my day sounds very boring doesn't it!!! Can't wait til the weekend.

A) Woke up at 6:10
B) Got to the gym at 6:50
C) Finished workout at 7:30, showered and went to work
D) Got to work at 8:00, surfed the s2000 site for a while
E) took lunch (12:00) for an hour and 15 minutes
F) Now I am back at work surfing the site again :-)

Guess I better get back to actually working.
Can't wait for the weekend!!!!!!!!!

 

Got up at 10:30, had a shower around 11:30
went an did some calls, back by 3:30 and complained about how hot it is out.

Thanks God they pay me for this

 

A) Woke up around 9:30
B) Went and had lunch with wanabe at 12:00
C) Had an interesting time with my car alarm in wanabe's garage.
D) Came back home to surf S2ki some more

Being unemployed is fun for now.

 

I agree about the unemployement thing!!! Luckily I have kids to keep me out of trouble and from being too bored!

I don't have kids, but I do have this board to keep me out of trouble.... er, maybe not.

 

1. Workday started at 5:30 pm.
2. Dinner was interupted to go clear a tire off a high speed 6 lane freeway. On the way, truck in front of us hit a deer at 75 mph. Stopped to check driver and drag dead deer and related parts off the road. Damn near got hit 3 times by vehicles who didn't see me. Blood and guts up to my elbows. Went and removed tire.
3. Rest of shift was slow so could snooze.
4. Snooze got interupted in the wee hours of the morning. Went to load a guy up who drove into the back of a cattle truck (semi) @ over 70 mph (truck was doing 20 due to thick fog). Scraped him off the road into waiting ambulance. Stayed for another 1/2 hr. to do traffic control so cops could do measurements. Damn near got wiped out another 1/2 dozen times from cars coming at speed out of fog.
5. Finished the shift, went home to take a nap.
Geez, I love this job!

 

A) woke up around 6:00 a.m.
B) took my dog to the forest preserve where we run one mile and walk one mile
C) left for work about 8:15
D) finished my work early to be home by 1:15 so I could.....
E) meet a friend at 1:30 who took me out on his jet boat for the rest of the afternoon.

A great day for being on the boat: sunny and upper 80s and the lakes aren't too crowded on Wednesday afternoon.
