my cousin just sent me, four years after the fact, a picture of me and one of my ex attending his HS graduation (he's about to graduate from UCI).



God I was thin back then...

yea, I was pretty skinny too back around 4 years ago.

I used to weigh about 140 (I think), but I started to weight train. After about 3 months of weight training, my max bench was 205 (originaly 115) when I was 145lbs. I stopped weight training as much and gained about 20lbs from being lazy (senior year), and now I'm getting back into it.

Damn you were skinny Rich!!!!!

4 years ago, I was slightly thinner than I am now. I could eat whatever I wanted and didn't really gain too much weight. Now, I have to watch what I eat a bit more carefully and hit the weights and cardio harder.

4 years for you (you're young) is a significant piece of time. 4 years for me (I'm not so young) is nothing. I look about the same. You know what Einstein said, right?
