get yourself an FTA (Free to Air Receiver) (I rec Viewsat with a USB port), hook it up to your dish and unlock the receiver (a lot of resources online to do that) and enjoy free TV, free MOVIES, GAMES, MATCHES, etc. Its a hobby, its not just unlock and forget about it, you have to unlock it weekly (sometimes).

It's pretty worthless. Put it into recycling. The part of it worth anything is the 'bulb' looking apparatus pointing at the dish. Usually that is removed though and sent back to the dish company or they charge you bookoo bucks.
