Default What Is This & Do I Need It?

So I'm going into my Add/Remove program after my laptop crashed and discovered these files which look like they're taking a lot of my hard drive space. Should I delete them and what happens if I do??? Thanks in advance!

They are your java updates. If you play online games or if you view certain videos, this is what happens.

You don't necessarily need them

Just uninstall all of them if you don't want them. Next time your surfing the web and the application needs it it will most likely tell you that you need java, or if it doesn't then go to java's site and re-download. It's just java, it's not like your system will become unstable by removing it
