What to do in Seneca, SC?????
I have just learned that I will have to attend a FOUR DAY Environmental/Health/Safety training class in Seneca, South Carolina (118 miles NE of Hotlanta) in April.
I have been able to get out of this for the past couple of years, but not this year.
While the training title may sound impressive, my experience is the people teaching these classes are often more proficient in talking than actually recognizing and practicing industrial safety.
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas of what to do in Seneca?

Depends on how old you are. If your still college age, you would have fun traveling about 10-15 mins up the road to Clemson and you could party there. About 45 mins up the road is Greenville, if your a little older than the college crowd you would have fun in downtown Greenville. PM me closer to time for more ideas. But, sorry to say, there probably won't be a whole lot to do in actual Seneca.
If you're into nature, Seneca is close to several large lakes (Hartwell, Keowee, and Jocassee) as well as Sumter National Forest.
You might be able to catch an ACC baseball game at Clemson. Those are always fun.
Edit: If you haven't already, post over on the Carolinas forum. Maybe they could have a get-together or something since you'll be in the area.
