Pretend that I'm an attorney during the day - evenings and weekends devoted to S2k fantasies and realities - nights snoring and non-S2k fantasies.

Per a Supreme Court decision in the 1960's Amway is not a "pyramid" company (no I do not work for them). True definition of a "pyramid" company is that they do not have a physical product to sell. They only offer "intellectual properties" If it is a true DSA company the people who sell the product are independent contractors. They run their own business. They are the Sales VP, CIO, CFO, CEO, etc. For most DSA companies there is a very defined career path. Yes, I do work for a DSA company.
Yes they do recruit, create organizations that work for them and reap benefits from the recruits sales. If you look at most sales organizations the Sales Manager is normally bonused on how well his salesmen (recruits) have sold for the year and did they make budget. The Regional Sales Manager has DM's reporting up and the VP of sales has RM's reporting up.

Looks like all companies are a pyramid of sorts.

S2k girl,

did you study dance in college, many of my friends (including the ex) were dancers and studied in the area, they would all be 21-23 years old. Some went to Iowa, NIU, and various schools in the city.
