Default What Do You Do To Unwind?

So what do you all do to unwind after a long day or just to relax on the weekend?

What are your ways to combat stress?

Going to the gym has always worked for me. Just completely focussing on the task and achieving something puts me in a great frame of mind.

I set up a tee time and go golfing. Really takes my mind of everything else. Of course I to the golf course and back. That helps too.

I'm surprised no one has said that they unwind by making mad monkey love.

Hot tub is always good. Swimming is relaxing too.

Hitting the gym always does it for me....but if I'm really stressed out, I just go downstairs and pound the crap out of my heavy punching bag....
