usually works, but must agree water is a comfert area for me... Hots tubs, baths, swimming, all that shit relieves stress really well...

At work, I used to smoke when I was stressed.. but since I quit I just deal with it......
After work I roller blade for miles and miles... then I hit the gym...... by the time i'm done Id be too tired to worry about anything.......
Driving the S also helps alot.....

the gym really doesn't do it for me. it actually stresses me out more. in the winter, i de-stress by going snowboarding every weekend.

That definitely worked for me this winter cyko. The only time it didnt though was when I knew that I had loads of work that needed doing and I would feel guilty at the end of the day for not doing it, but while Im on the mountain none of that stuff even occurs to me

EXACTLY! it's the feeling of me and my board just riding down at high speeds...gets my adrenaline going. when i'm riding, i don't think about anything else. i can't wait for this season to start!

We're just winding up one of the best seasons we've had in a long time. It wasn't that the snow was that much better, it was just consistently there which isn't normal in Australia.
