im surprised to see something like this coming from saturn/pontiac

with an msrp of under $29,000 for the Sky and $27,000 for the Solstice, do you think it will affect s2k's sales?

 

Anytime something similar is offered it is going to effect sales somewhat.

 

My business partner got his GXP on Saturday. I'll let you know after i get to drive it.

 

It's still a little slower, smaller, poor fit quality, MPG is lower and if I'm not mistaken you have to put the top up by hand. :thumbdown:

 

Local Saturn dealer had both so I had an opportunity to compare appearance side by side. I thought the scrotum look of the Solstice front end was better than the oversized silly grin of the Sky.

 

I was the opposite the front of the solstice reminds my of the new ford thunderbird which reminds me of a giant tampon. The saturn looks better to me but either way you cut it for that price and even with all the kinks and problems def a good bang for your buck deal for a fun car. Later.

Solstice looks like sh-t.

Sky is bearable, but no matter how you cut it its still a Saturn. I'll pass.
