My wife pays about $100 a month, including dental. Co-pays for my drugs:
ProGraf...antirejection...(can't do without this one ever) $14.00

Aspirin and vitamin daily, whatever they cost.
Syringes for Insulin...0.00

Co-pay for my liver transplant...$15.00
Co-pay for my Quadruple Bypass...$15.00
Office Visit...$15.00
ER...$50.00 unless admitted

She works for the U of M, and all of this is through their Healthcare system, Mcare, which has been sold to Blue Cross.

$67 a month for Group Health.
Dental is covered 100%

I'm single with no kids.

I pay about $100 a month for a PPO. Of course, I'm 21 years old and in good health.
