It still needs the rally headlight conversion, then it would be complete.

oops, I guess it's not an STi. I guess I should probably do a little more research before posting.. Still looks pretty sweet though..

Nope, not the new ones.

And about the sticker post...if you had to make a judgment...do you think this guy has done work on his car, or did he just put stickers on his door?

Well, he has to have some work as he has a FMIC as noted by many of you. I'm willing to bet he has more than that because I don't see why someone would move the intercooler to the front and leave the rest of the engine stock. But I don't know much about Sube's... maybe there's some performance gain simply from moving the IC? So I guess its just a pretty heavily modded (and riced out) WRX with STi stickers. Just like people putting Type R stickers if you ask me. Or maybe he's going for the STi look. I don't know the differences. If I had one, I'd mod the engine, suspension, brakes, all that good stuff, but I'd leave the bodywork alone, except for those headlights.

If I had to make a judgement, I'd say he very obviously did some cosmetic work to his WRX, in an effort to make it look like an STi, but not necessarily any functional work. The addition of stickers on the door does not in and of itself mean he's done anything to improve the performance. I'm not going to say he didn't, but to say:
This car is much much much more potent than an STi from the looks of it...look at all the mods on the door panel.
is a pretty major assumption.
