Japanese Domestic Market.

The stock form of cars, the options available, etc. are not necessarily the same from market to market. For example, JDM gets more options for paint color than USDM (U.S. Domestic Market). Also, I think the JDM version of the S has clear side markers. Stuff like that.

Lately, though, JDM has started to mean riced out with Japanese after-market stuff.
