Default what does this symbol mean?
On my drive into work today, I was following a Jeep with a sticker on the back. Its a blue square with two yellow bars, like an equal sign '='. No text, nothing else. I've seen this several times in the past and have always wondered what it symbolizes. Any answers?

It came from the Equal Housing logo for Realtors.

most cars i see that on are also accompanied by something rainbow either a sticker or something hanging from the mirror
