Default What a Drive Home

So I took delivery of my 02 S2k on thursday night. I drove to work (nightshift) and worked 10:30pm-7am. I get off work and low and behold...it snowed! A co-worker sees me getting intop my car and warns me that there is a ton of black ice around the area leading up to the hiway exit.

So now i'm thinking....I just bought new high performance snow tires....but wait...my high performance summer are still on there. I barely get out of the parking lot into 2nd gear and my back end is feeling very light. I get to a stop light...turns green and I can't even launch, i'm almost totally sideways...

I get to the hiway exit and have to make a left. I witness 2 cars merging in bump into each other on the exit...so traffic slows. Then some idiot in a maxima thinks he's some big shot. He guns it onto the ramp and runs into the 2 cars

Fast forward 30mins when I get off of the hiway and into Cambridge. This is where things get interesting.

Traffic is slow on Franklin Blvd (which is always either backed up during rush hour in morning or afternoon). Some jerk-off literally tries to run me off the road (I believe it was a blue Silverado). No worries I react, gather my bearings and get to the next red light. He's right infront of me...just starring into his side mirror like ass he was so I show him the universal salute

Well he didn't like this...he SNAPPED! He gets out of his car...light turns green, so I the hell out of there and just shrug it off. 2 seconds later he's right up my ass, swerving in and out....he goes onto oncoming traffic and then cuts in front of me......

Skipping forward after 20 mins of chaos...he follows me to a plaza in which I thought he was going to lay down the gloves with me. He gets out of his truck (this dude looked middle aged and jacked...like juice pig joe).... So @ this point I grab my telescopic police rod (fron under the seat) and ask if he wants his fuc*in' legs broken.......I don't back down..I walk towards him and he becomes passive ...then takes off.

I was soo wound up when I got hom that I missed an interview for management @ my company head office

Boiles down to priorities i guess. You could have continued to just leave. Now how much is not getting that promotion going to cost you?

I didn't even pick the fight but the ass wouldn't stop following me. I'd rather try to scare the guy off...and if it doesn't work then I guess all hell will break loose.

Promo interview was just rescheduled...they were good that way.....

I'd suggest getting those snow tires on as soon as possible. You don't need to be found sideways into the rhubarb.

Where did you get the extendable police baton? I'd like to purchase one for my own car.

^^^Having 1 of those in NY could land you in the slammer for having a weapon without permit.

In CT too.. well I don't know about getting locked up, but its not legal. I used to have two clubs in my cabin.. cop saw them and strongly suggested that I remove them
