My second thread, however, was a real doozy and was destined to go down in Ohio Forum lore as a true classic. It suceeded in getting me banned from S2Ki for a week (I spent most of it on the beach in St. Lucia) for my lack of deference to authority. I was subsequently honored by having the title "Vice President of Banishment" bestowed upon me by my Ohio Forum IAA bretheren. I was actually quite deeply honored.

Unfortunately the thread was sent to the S2Ki dumpster with all the other deviant threads started by trouble making miscreants. Jeez, so much for a thread about feeling particularly pleasant, inoffensive, and non-confrontational.

Mocky knows all about it.

Ah... I remember my first post. I introduced myself and showed a picture of my car when it was brand-spanking-new in 2001. But I'm too lazy to find that thread.

 

My first thread.... asking if theres performance difference between my01 and my02. LOL, stupid newb.

Ah, yes. I used to keep my owner's manual in a desk drawer at work. On a Saturday morning at home I started the car and noticed the "Maintenance Required" light had come on. I vaguely remembered reading about it in the manual but couldn't recall how to go about turning it off.

So rather than drive all the way to work I thought I'd check the Honda website to see if they had an online owner's manual or an FAQ. No joy.

Then I Googled "Honda S2000" which eventually brought me here for the first time. Impetuous as I am I innocently started a thread in UTH asking how to turn the light off.

My ass still burns from the flames sometimes.
