I know whose 5 series that is. It's Chris from the AKA rally and I think I know who that was who got hit by the car... That's funny about that kid getting hit by a car. Small world.

 

How this woman is not in jail is beyond me.

Its the middle of the day and she is in a smaller car. I don't see how she could have not seen him if he was wearing camouflage.

 

ex girlfriend got hit by a car. she was crossing at a stop sign, on a crosswalk. girl in the car stopped, didn't see her crossing, started again, hit her and knocked her to the ground. driver couldn't see her due to glare - she didn't clean the frost off her windshield.

she then drove away. yeah, left my ex on the ground, and sped off. a bus driver on campus saw it and called the police. they tracked the girl down < 1hr later .. she was by her car.. crying... she didn't admit to anything though. she ended up getting two ~$100 tickets (fines) IIRC. for hitting a person and driving away. took a lot of effort to not do anything about it myself at that point.. i considered that a massive failure of justice.

if you're a member on that forum post up and tell that guy to *get a lawyer*. the ambulance chaser kind. he/she will take care of ruining the driver's life until the OP gets a big payout. just my advice.

What pisses me off is that the first and only thing to come out of that idiot's mouth is justification for her stupidity. No apologies, no "are you OK's", just basically "it's not my fault" repeatedly. What a self-centered egotistical bitch.

And if you really couldn't see, why were you still driving?

 

That's your typical soccer mom driver. I've had many "run-ins" with these drivers when I used to ride my motorcycle.

The guy should be thankful that gas prices are so high. Otherwise that bitch would've hit him with a Suburban.
