That would be a major bump in heroin demand. This is OT here, but I came home last night to find my wife almost in tears. She had just found that the husband of one of her best friends was in jail -- arrested for attempted strongarm robbery at a bank ATM yesterday. Turns out he has been doing heroin for two years. They blew through all their savings, just declared bankruptcy, he lost his job (an experienced professional), and they have a baby. My wife couldn't sleep last night. We can joke about it, but that shit destroys lives.

Thanks for the reminder, there is no doubt that drugs can seriously ruin your life, and all those around you as well.
Most that joke about it, have no idea how bad it really is.

All at once yesterday. We've known them both for years. I helped him get a job at an Acura dealership because I know the general amnager. he helped my wife get her Acura MDX. All a total shock.

James-

I hope you are right. My wife and I have offered to do anything we can to help. He's the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet.

Funny how, in different threads, we can be so serious and so goofy at the same time.
