i have been on eBay since 1997.

bought a 1974 914 porsche w/ chevy v8, wheels for my Mustang, exhaust for my S2000, wheels for my S2000, books, magazines, a Mt. Bike for my wife, Tein coilovers for my old S2000, Diecast cars - hot wheels, matchbox, etc... (mostly hard to find porsches), dvd's, tires for my Evolution,

sold - Diecast cars , tires, magazines, s2000 convertible top,

I don't think I have ever bought any clothing, jewlery or shoes on ebay....but they are there....

What would the world be like without eBay?

 

I bought my first item the other day, a universal remote for my brother Never been really interested in it so most of what I see is what is posted on this site about the rip offs.

How about posting a poll where people can vote if their experience was good or not?

let me put it this way - if i'm not on s2ki, then i'm on ebay. i'm a powerseller for selling diecasts (mostly jadatoys, dubcity) as my side gig. i bought a few parts for my s2000 as well as many everyday items to collectibles. a friend of mine told me once that if you can't find it on ebay, then it doesn't exist! haha

 

Back in the late 90's Pop-Tarts came out with these pastries with white frosting and a red food-coloring pen. The trick was to design your own art on a Pop-tart.

I drew up the cover art for the Atari 2600 game classic "Yar's Revenge" on it and put it up for bids.

The winning bidder got it for $2.60 or so. If he could take a joke, so can I, and I sent it to him for free.

I don't use ebay a whole lot..

bought: dash kit for my rsx, s2000. various small items. vinyl eyelids for my previous s2k (big mistake). more that i cant remember.

sold: games4u.com to Eidos Interactive. unitedgaming.com/codewarehouse.net to a private investor.
