Default What the Hell?

I was just on Kazaa right now and I noticed a rather unsettling banner on the lower left side of the screen. It read something along the lines of "Own a Piece of History/ Get a Plaque Made with the Metal from the World Trade Center/ WE WILL NEVER FORGET" What the hell? I thought selling debris and such from the WTC attack was prohibited? Remember eBay was shutting down auctions for debris from the WTC?

Well, at least the link to actually buy it doesn't work . . .

I remember the time when you could own a piece of the Berlin wall, but that was something different. ugh, I'd hate to see people making money off of this IF it wasn't a parody.

My uncle went to NY a couple months back and he told me that ppl. would pay money to watch the gov. workers clean up near the WTC. I believe they are seated on rooftops or something. He also said that along the street there would be a street full of WTC memorabilia for sale. I don't think running this kind of business is funny or legit at all.

I guess the only possible moral justification would be if the money went to the grieving families.
What do you think ?

I doubt very much this is the case though - just leeches profiteering. Makes me

Capitalism only works when there are NO rules right? If you let them godless commy pansy liberals regulate THIS, next thing you know they'll be outlawing our pitbulls and passing eco-commy environmental laws to prevent us from driving our SUV's!

NO RULES DUDES, NO RULES!!!!!!!

It's funny you should mention the Berlin Wall because my school has a large piece of it on display . . .
