...and this is what I wake up to EVERY morning....

Yup, the cat is the alpha dog in my house...
Sondra, that dog HAS the biggest tounge in the animal kingdom!!!! Damn!
By the time morning rolls around I am sandwiched with a 15lb tabby on my chest, a black Burmese on my ankles and a 120lb Bernese Mtn. Dog next to me, who at some point during the night managed to squeeze my husband to the far side of the bed.
My cat will claim his place on the bed, no matter where I am in it... he will push me out of the way with his head and then plop down and sleep... it's really inconvenient but entirely cute
Same thing at my house, the 4 cats are all over the bed, our Greyhound is between my wife and me and our chow mix is at our feet. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes just to get out of the bed so we don't wake them up!
Originally posted by bash My male cat wouldn't think of getting in the bed but the female does and she wants to be under the covers and, I kid you not, spoon with me. It creeps me out sometimes.

It does not matter at what time I go to bed, the cats are usually in a chair, couch or on the bathroom sink but as soon as I get up in the morning, again, not mattering what time, they are in bed with me...little punks...!!!!
