Drinking gasoline before smoking greatly reduces your chances of a prolonged sickness or death due to the ill effects of tobacco.

Once, about 25 years ago, I was syphoning diesel for a generator and ended up with about a teaspoon of diesel in my stomach - burped and smelled like an aging 18-wheeler for three days.
