I'm typically driving over the speed limit 10-15mph and if you are on my ass then pass me or get off my ass, I will brake check you, especially in my pickup. (Steel step bumper and class III hitch mounted to the frame) When I am in town and there are traffic lights I WILL stop at a yellow if you are riding my ass.

People in small cars that always need the biggest parking space, people riding in the left lane an are not even considering to EVER f.... move out of my f.... way and those that use your lane WHILE you're still in it! But one of my favorites: you're behind someone and they're really slow so you decide to overtake but while you're overtaking they put their foot down and speed up just to annoy the crap out of you! 
I'm afraid that one day I'll stop, get out of my car walk up to theirs, pull them out and beat them up
(But as I'm not the strongest person around I should get myself some help for that

Lets face it. We are the only ones qualified to drive. We should open up a school or something. The world would be a better place. What should we call the school? What should we call bad drivers? A good generic name like.......

People (usally old but not always) that use the middle turning lane as a merging lane. This is in my small 5000 pop town with speeds of 40-50 mph
And there is a sheriff in town with a big F350 and he always speeds and rides my ass!

This just happened to me today:
Trying to turn left from a street onto a driveway. Cars are backed up from the light 100ft behind me. Someone is nice and doesn't creep up when a gap opens to let me through. When I do so, I nearly get creamed by someone doing 30+MPH on the shoulder.
