I see those idiot commercials on TV all the time now. "Injured at work, call us", "in a car accident, call us"

I personally would not sue someone unless I was really hurt, or they screwed up my stuff and didn't pay for it (like if I were in a car accident and only got 1/2 of my car's depreciation.... I would sue for the other 1/2).

I cannot imagine suing someone for $1M for being a small fenderbender like some of these assholes are doing all the time.

Just seems like a shame...... even Senator Santorum (from PA)...his wife sued a chiropractor and won $500k....then they show her in pictures later holding a 40lb kid....duh!

I was just wondering if there is a "typical" law suit type person? Are they White Collar, Blue Collar, mostly men, mostly women??

I still think it's a small % of the population that does this. Every once in a while we all encounter those types of people (and we can spot them out easily) who thinks that society owes them something.

I like to laugh at them in public.

 

It only takes a small % to up the entire system.

We had a local lawyer who was in a chain reaction accident....he was hit by the car that was hit by the drunk..........(I think his car probably could have been driven away...but...).... so he won $1.5M for his pain and suffering...... of course he was in florida at the time that he won, so they could not contact him for comments.... $1.5M !!! Guess it pays to be a scum!
