Anyone know what kind of screw this is and where to find a bit that will work?

Some sort of security bolt to prevent you from stealing whatever it is that you're trying to steal.

If it's soft enough, visegrips will work, if not try cutting a slit in it so it's like a flat tip screw then use a screwdriver.

I believe this is what you are looking for, they sell the fastners and the bit to remove them assuming they are the same size.

After some checking, I think it's called a "System Zero". One that calls for a bit like this

Still not where I can find it locally. Maybe Grainger but just haven't had the time to look lately.

Get a dremel and cut a slit in the top then use a flat head screwdriver to turn it.

that looks like a great bolt to use to secure the seats in our cars, as well as the hardtops with aftermarket brackets.
