What is this? Physical Therapists in the house?
Look at the picture, you will notice the middle finger of the hand poking the part of the shoulder that has been hurting. I have looked up shoulder charts but they are all way too detailed and I can't tell what is what.
1. I am glad you told us it is your shoulder - for a second it looked like a flat a$$.
2. You do really expect somebody to diagnose you based on a PICTURE of your shoulder. Hello McFly - We need some history. How long has it been hurting? How did you do it? What kind of work do you do? Have you had shoulder issues in the past? Have you ever dislocated it? Any pain radiating? You get the idea.
3. It is really hard to diagnose on the internet without a physical exam.
4. My Diagnosis: Subacromial bursitis.
Take some Naprosyn and rest it and it should get better.
5. That will be $220. Thank you - have a nice day.

I was going to say: "That could be referred pain from coronary ischemia radiating to your left shoulder. We better do an angiogram just to be sure...."
That'll be $5000.
Thank you.
