$2.90-$3.00 average in Chicago burbs for premium.

2 weeks ago it was averaging $3.39 for premium.

Next week I think it will go past $3.50

Hopefully this trend will all do us a favor..

Less cars on the road, which will result in better gas mileage since it wont be stop and go.

I paid $2.79 for 91 today. Depending on what goes down with the prices at the end of this week I will go two one of the spots around town that carries 93 octane and fill it up with that.

Here in Dallas, I filled up my truck tonight at $2.729/gal for regular.

Reports are that stations here are running out of gas.

Regular here in Ruidoso NM is 2.92 but I heard in Roswell (like an hour away from me) it went up to like 6.00 already! I mean thats more than minimum wage here. i heard that we are supposed to go up as well, I am not sure of that price though its something I heard from my aunt I'll have to wait and see tomorrow.

I think it's already happening, I talked to a friend of mine who drives the 91 from Riverside to Garden Grove every day and he says traffic has been lighter than usual the past month.

Instead of 1 & 1/2 hours every morning its only taking him 45-50 min lately, and going home is almost the same. I used to make that same drive, it was horrible on gas and time

$2.37 for 87 in Minnesota, 16 cents more for 91. Almost seems cheap.

$2.75 Prem - Milwaukee

Anybody read this week's Fortune magazine? Huge article on the financial myths about gas prices.

Scary section on Venezuala! CITGO is owned by the Venezualan govt! I did not know that.

Premium can be as much as 26 cents more than Regular at some stations in So. Cal., I am buying Regular for other cars, '00 E430 and '94 LS400 even both of them required Premium. I am still buy Premium for my S, since this is my daily car and I do not drive it a lot, about 100 miles a week.

Very few Citgo stations in So. Cal. and not many people here like Citgo for reason that we think they are cheap gas, eventhrough they are selling about the same price as Chevron, Shell ...

Just filled up my S this noon. The Primium is $2.89 today, a drop of 10 cents since yesterday at the same Shell station.
