what in the world is this 2by2.net thing?
I see. Basically, Legalize pyramid scheme. Thanks for the story. I almost got into one of those. Backed out before I sign the paper. Afterwards, the guy want the brochures back. How pathetic! Can you image that you got a S2000 brochure and Dealership ask for it back because you didn't buy the car.
This is one reason that I don't like to move to CA. too many people pretend they are somebody.

I heard that Lambo was bought used, but whatever -- a Lamborghini is a Lamborghini, right? I almost joined, but when I put my foot down and said, "Hey, since you guarantee that I'll make major cash from it, then why don't you spot me the $420 and take it out of my first check?" they didn't really say anything. Although I girl I knew from high school bought her mother a Lexus with 2by2 money, another friend of mine is out $420. It's tricky -- like what's been said before, if one were to get into it, say, two years ago, then there'd be some major cash coming in. Did you know that this legitimate business, that is recognized by the BBB, doesn't tax the paychecks of their employees/representatives?
When they give you the whole pitch, they also tell you that the money you make comes from people buying things through you online at 2by2.mall or something like that. I sure do see a bunch of 2by2.net stickers on cars (I see the yellow Lambo almost everyday), but I've never heard of anyone buying anything through their webspace.
That's enough ranting for now . . . but let me leave you with a very interesting image -- my friend's yellow '57 Chevy pickup, restored and looking like new, with a sticker on the back of Calvin pissing on the words "2by2.net."
