Either solicit magician's friend's help. . . or leave.

There's no need to stay with a company that's engaging in questionable practices.

I don't see why the president would be fired. If you know something like this is going on and you don't report it you're guilty of covering up a crime. You most certainly will be fired. If your company has a tip line / ethics line or whatever they call it, use it. I know that's easy for me to say and not easy for you to do but this kind of theft just isn't cool.

No auditor will every find it unless you point them to it.

How important are these people compared to you? You will end up looking like the dick in the end if you get in the middle of it with everyone knowing it is you.

I say do it annoymously or not at all, unless you like unemployment checks..... your company sounds pretty big...... unless you have a lot of pull, going above your boss over something that is sort of hard to prove is a tough one.

He will just deny it. Do you have a video of him actually clocking out his buddy? What proof do you have that the guy didn't work the 10 extra hours?

Consider this... what would you do if you turned him in and nothing happened? Would you just run it up the chain? Corporations are notorious for covering things up for certain people.

I've seen this a number of times where someone reports something wrong and they dont see anything change. It ends up eating them up and they end up miserable and upset. In the end, they end up exposing themselves since they find the need to complain to anyone that will listen that nothing happened.

Yeah .. should consider the likeliness they'll know it's you too.

Depends on how your company take these things .. you should have a decent idea by now.
