dude u need to get a good job and then have the dp ina few weeks.
right now im saving $ for a downpayment ona new house.
S is pretty much done, bought/paid for dec 5th 05, and shes already got a lil under 15k in mods on her..
150$/month is redic for fun money tho, yesterday alone i think i spent like 1900 cause i was bored. fuji s3 pro/4 gig card/tripod/misc
btw i own my own business and 20 y/o. just get creative and make mad loot. btw why would u wanna save for a down ona apt when in the long run an apt is all costs and no profits.. a house will bring more profits and less chances of loss. (esp w/ property values now a days.)

$150 isn't enough to budget yourself for "fun" these days. I spent $300 over the weekend just on going out for dinner with some friends and to a few pubs. It's not cheap to have a good time anymore.
